Enoport Wines once again took part in the 14th edition of the Aqui é Fresco Convention, held on June 8 and 9 at the Aveiro Exhibition Park. The event gathered around 1,500 participants, including manufacturers, retailers, and wholesalers, reaffirming its status as one of the most important gatherings for the local retail sector in Portugal.
Over the course of the two days, the Enoport team strengthened ties with strategic partners, explored new business opportunities, and closely followed the latest trends and challenges in a sector that remains key to driving both local and national economic growth.
This year's convention was marked by the institutional presence of Pedro Machado, recently appointed Secretary of State for Tourism, Trade and Services, in what was his first public appearance in the role. His participation was praised by João Vieira Lopes — General Director of the Aqui é Fresco network, President of Unimark, ADIPA, and the Portuguese Confederation of Commerce and Services (CCP) — who highlighted that "there are now better conditions for regular monitoring of trade-related matters in Portugal," stressing the importance of a sector that employs over 600,000 people across the country.
Enoport's presence at the event reinforces its ongoing commitment to traditional retail, national distribution networks, and the value of close, long-term relationships — all of which are essential pillars for sustainable economic and social development.
Congratulations to our commercial team for their professionalism, dedication, and proximity-driven spirit that continue to take the Enoport brand even further!
