Total destemming, extended skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 82ºF.
Six months in French oak barrels. Two months in the botttle.
When and How to drink
Ideal with grilled red meats or with sauces, game and cheese. Serve at a temperature of 43-47ºF.
