Its palate is fruity and full-bodied, with a good balance between the silky tannins and the thick mouth-filling tannins.
Total destemming, extended skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 82°F.
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
When and How to drink
Ideal to accompany structured dishes of Mediterranean cuisine and cured cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 64°F.
