Fruity, fresh and crispy. Creamy, elegant and persistent.
Total destemming, soft juice pressing and alcoholic fermentation at 61ºF. Spumantization through the classical method.
Ageing: 12 months in the cellar and 2 months in the bottle after the dégorgement.
