Fruity, soft, nice volume in the mouth, elegant and harmonious.

Winemaking
Total destemming, soft juice pressing and alcoholic fermentation at 64ºF.

Maturation
30 months of ageing in cellar and 3 months after dégorgement.

When and How to drink
Spicy sausages, fish baked in the oven, stewed red meats.
