Winemaking
Total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, alcoholic fermentation at 18°C and spumantization through the classical method.

Maturation
30 months of ageing in cellar and 3 months after dégorgement.

Good companion at leisure times, as an apéritf or to pair with any type of delicacies and different desserts.
